Mexico's Shipping Policies
1. Coverage
1.1 For shipments within Mexico, our online sales service is exclusively through sieteleguas.mx
1.2 If you require shipping to another country or encounter any issues with making a purchase on our website, please send us an email at: soporte@sieteleguas.com
2. Pricing Policies
2.1 Standard shipping throughout Mexico is FREE for orders with cumulative or total purchases of $1,599 MXN or more. If the purchase amount is lower, the shipping fee will depend on the selected courier, shipping address, dimensions, and weight of the package.
2.2 We offer express shipping with an additional cost, and the fee will depend on the selected courier, shipping address, dimensions, and weight of the package.
3. Purchase Order Processing
3.1 Orders received from Monday to Friday before 13:30 h (1:30 PM) will be processed the same day.
3.2 Orders received after 13:30 h (1:30 PM) will be processed on the next business day.
3.3 In case of an excessive number of orders or any extraordinary circumstances that may prevent us from delivering within the established timeframe, we will notify you in advance via email regarding when your order will be processed.
3.4 If there is any dissatisfaction or a need for corrections to your order, you must inmediatley contact our Customer Service Team to address the issue.
4. Deliveries, Courier Companies, and Delays.
4.1 All purchase orders made through sieteleguas.com will be delivered by certified courier and messenger companies unrelated to SIETE LEGUAS. Currently, we work with FedEx, Estafeta, and Paquete Express.
4.2 Your package will be delivered to the address you have indicated in your account within our portal or to the address you provided us when confirming your order.
4.3 If the courier does not provide service to your requested location, the package will be deposited at the nearest courier branch with pickup service.
4.4 In case there is no one at the provided address to receive the package during the first or second visit, the package will be deposited at the nearest branch and will be kept there for three business days. If it is not claimed within this time, it will be returned to the SIETE LEGUAS warehouse, and you will be responsible for the return cost.
5. Delivery Times, Delays, and Lost Shipments.
5.1 The average delivery time for free or standard shipping is 5 to 7 business days. In some city centers, the delivery time may be shorter.
5.2 The average delivery time for express shipping is 2 to 3 business days. In some city centers, the delivery time may be shorter.
5.3 During contingencies, national emergencies, or extraordinary circumstances, delays in courier services are to be expected.
If you wish to request the cancellation of your purchase while it is in the shipping process, it may take up to 72 hours to be registered in the courier’s system. Therefore, it is possible that you may receive your order during the processing of the cancellation.
If you wish to return the item due to non-conformity, please follow the return instructions.
5.4 If your package is lost, your order is covered by insurance that will refund 100% of the purchase value.
Once the loss is validated by the courier service, we will verify with you if we still have stock of your order within our inventory, and if so, we will offer to send you a new package.
If we no longer have stock or in the event that you wish to cancel the purchase, we will refund 100% of your money.
