Fitting Recommendations

The 300 last is standard EE with a slightly longer and wider look than our 204. If you have a very slender foot, we recommend going half a point below your normal size. For more doubts about your potential size, you can contact us directly, and we will be happy to assist you.

Waterproof Leather.

This waterproof Leather will stay dry and in good condition after contact with water such as puddles, rain, etc., because its water-repellent compound repels water. This will help prevent water from entering easily and your feet will stay dry longer without compromising breathability. The seams are not sealed and there is no 100% water repellent membrane. In case of submersion or excessive contact with water, water could penetrate through the seams and would not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Leather Care

Remove dirt with a soft, damp cloth without any solvent. Allow to dry in a dry and shaded area. Subsequently, apply our Horse Grease lightly with a sponge for better coverage.

Our Genuine Leather Guaranty Policy

The animal from which the leather is obtained may have suffered small scars throughout its life. This is why we do not consider any slight imperfections such as natural leather wrinkles, slight tonal differences from one piece to another, or in areas within the same boot, and/or naturally closed and healed scars as manufacturing defects.

Our returns and exchanges are completely FREE for size, model, color, non-conformity, if there was any mistake, or if it presents any visible manufacturing defect at the time of receiving the product, as long as they are reported within the within 30 calendar days of receiveing your order.

1. Exchanges for another pair are subject to stock confirmation.
2. In order to process your return or exchange request you must send at least 3 photographs showing the condition of the product (we will show you the reference profiles in the process).
3. For your request to be approved, the product must show no signs of use or washing and be returned with its original packaging, labeling, paper stuffing and wrappings.
4. Starting from the second exchange or return within the same order, shipping costs apply, even within the 30-day policy.
5. For exchanges to a different style, the new pair must be of equal or higher price than your purchase *.
6. If you made your purchase with a promotional coupon, your discount will only apply to exchanges of the same style/color; if you request a different variant of the same model or any other product at a higher price, the coupon will be invalidated, and you will need to pay the difference.
7. Orders totaling less than $1,599 MXN and/or products with a discount equal to or greater than 20%, or from our Outletare only subject to return, in which case the shipping cost will be quoted and must be settled through Mercado Pago, PayPal or directly by transfer to our BBVA account.
