-A cotton flannel to remove dirt,
-A brush to remove dirt or dust and / or polish
-A Horse grease (made from natural waxes) to nourish oily skin, such as Crazy or Bull Fight.
-A Self Shine Cream to nourish and shine smooth leathers such as Montana, Paddock, Sheep, Challenger, Atanado and American Bison.
-A large sponge that can be cut in two with scissors for the application of each product.

We recommend cutting it into two pieces to keep one for oily skins and the other for smooth skins.

Leather Care

Smooth leather: Remove dirt with a soft and slightly damp cloth without adding any type of solvent. Let the footwear dry in a dry and shaded place. Then lightly apply the Self Shine Cream with the sponge for better coverage and as a final touch brush with your brush to bring out the natural shine.

Greasy skin: Remove dirt or dust gently with the polish brush, then with the soft and slightly damp cloth without adding any solvent remove dirt and/or mud that has not been removed. Let the footwear dry in a dry and shaded place. Then lightly apply the Horse grease with the sponge for a better coating. Consider that the grease may darken the skin a little but with use and over the days it will take its natural color. Do not exceed in its application.

Our returns and exchanges are completely FREE for size, model, color, non-conformity, if there was any mistake, or if it presents any visible manufacturing defect at the time of receiving the product, as long as they are reported within the within 30 calendar days of receiveing your order.

1. Exchanges for another pair are subject to stock confirmation.
2. In order to process your return or exchange request you must send at least 3 photographs showing the condition of the product (we will show you the reference profiles in the process).
3. For your request to be approved, the product must show no signs of use or washing and be returned with its original packaging, labeling, paper stuffing and wrappings.
4. Starting from the second exchange or return within the same order, shipping costs apply, even within the 30-day policy.
5. For exchanges to a different style, the new pair must be of equal or higher price than your purchase *.
6. If you made your purchase with a promotional coupon, your discount will only apply to exchanges of the same style/color; if you request a different variant of the same model or any other product at a higher price, the coupon will be invalidated, and you will need to pay the difference.
7. Orders totaling less than $1,599 MXN and/or products with a discount equal to or greater than 20%, or from our Outletare only subject to return, in which case the shipping cost will be quoted and must be settled through Mercado Pago, PayPal or directly by transfer to our BBVA account.
