1. Exchanges for another pair are subject to stock availability.
2. In order to process your exchange or return request, you must send at least 3 photographs showing the condition of the product (we will show you the reference profiles during the process).
3. For your request to be approved, the product must not show signs of use or washing and must be returned with its original packaging, labels, paper stuffing, and wrappings.
4. From the second exchange or return within the same purchase, shipping will incur a cost, even within the 30-day policy.
5. For exchanges to a different style, the new pair must be of equal or higher price than your purchase *.
6. If you purchased with a promotional coupon, your discount will only apply to exchanges of the same style/color; if you request a different variant of the same model or another product with a higher price, the coupon will be invalidated and you will have to pay the difference.
7. Purchases under $1,599 pesos and/or of products with a discount of 20% or more, or from our Outlet, are only subject to return, in which case the shipping cost will be quoted and must be paid through Mercado Pago, PayPal, or directly by transfer to our BBVA account.
